16 june - reported car lost to Police & insurance agent. given the customer service number to report
18 june - went to insurance office to take the form. went to bank at Jln Klang Lama to take the car grant.
A week after- submit the completed form to HQ office. Informed that the whole process will take 2-3 months.
A week after - received call from investigator to meet and talk about the incident
25 aug - received offer letter from Etiqa , 39K as per market value
30 aug - submitted the completed offer letter by hand to HQ in Bangsar. Informed that it will take 14 working days to process
23 sept - called the customer service to get the direct contact for the PIC. cant get thru the line.
8 oct - called the PIC, transferred to new PIC. PIC start to look for the form.maybe PIC forget to put on mute while searching for the form and at the back, PIC is complaining..and talking about customer. PIC cant find the form and 30 mins later PIC called back, the form is being process, problems here and there.
11 oct - called PIC for status update. PIC sounds so gabra. PIC returns call after 1 hour - payment vaucher has been issued. need few days to issue check. Been told that PIC will call on Friday.
15 oct - no call received. As expected.
21 oct - called PIC again for updates. As usual, PIC cant say anything. PIC returned call after 1 hr - Check has been issued by Finance, pending on the office boy to collect the check and get to PIC hand. ( Note :Finance and PIC are on the same building )
22 oct - called PIC again. PIC received the check. Asked whether I will come and collect by myself or they will send the check directly to bank. I told PIC that I want the check to arrive to bank on Monday, so that I don't have to pay this month's installment. PIC said will try to get the check sent by Monday.

lets see what PIC will say on Monday....

not sure if it's the PIC or process or the company problem or the same thing happen on other insurance company as well....

i thought that when taking the insurance that was recommended by the bank, life will be easier and all process will be faster but actually it is not..

Bajet 2011

siapa tahu apa ada dlm bajet 2011? bajet 2010? atau x pernah tau tahun yg mana pon..
"biarlah, tu keja menteri kewangan."" benarkah?"bajet itu mengenai duit kita yg membayar cukai pendapatan, duit kita yg membayar service tax dan byk lagi sumber..oleh itu bukankah kita patut ambil tahu bagaimana ia akan dimanfaatkan semula?

sewaktu menaiki shuttle dr ofis ke menara berdekatan ketika lunch hour, seorang makcik berceloteh..bajet taun dpn, xde ape..sume utk bini dia je. handbag,perfume, smpi ke baju dlm skali!...tau dh taun dpn nak pangkah sape.." erk!?
sy cuba bertanya pendapat rakan semeja makan. masing2 seolah2 sependapat dgn makcik td berkaitan bajet. tp ada sorang berkata. .

" ekonomi kita x jatuh teruk sbb kuasa berbelanja masih tinggi, jadi bila barang2 wanita makin murah, makin byk la yg berbelanja & makin baik la ekonomi negara"

yg lain berkata , "berapa ramai rakyat yg betul2 shopping barang2 import, org2 di luar bandar langsung la tidak rasanya. lagipun bukan ke kerajaan tgh menggalakkan beli barangan buatan malaysia?"

sehingga ke petang sy terfikir2 mengenai hal ini.. sy juga masih blom sempat mengambil tahu apa dlm bajet 2011. alasan sibuk sentiasa.. bajet bulanan pun x tentu siap lg..

apa pun,tahniah pd yg telah berjaya menyiapkan bajet tahun dpn.moga bijak berbelanja! :)
bakal pengantin taun dpn, untung anda kerna barang hantaran makin murah :p *tp kos catering mahal!

Fresh start

Sy dh lama x berblog..dgn seribu satu alasan yg diberikan. Harapnya skrg ni dpt bermula semula, mencoretkan segala yg dilalui dan terpendam dijiwa utk dijadikan panduan & teladan pd yg membaca. Andai ada yg akan terasa hati, ampun maaf dipinta. Blog ini sekadar tpt diriku berceloteh dan bukan hendak membangga diri atau show off. Yg baik jadikan panduan, yg kurang baik jadikan teladan. :)
